Hi and Welcome

Welcome to Urban Birth Plus Pre-recorded Newborn Nurture course.

I am Josette (she/her), a previous Neonatal cardiac nurse, a mother to two delightful little monsters (I love them dearly), wife to one and most importantly- Your international Newborn and Baby massage instructor where I support parents all over the world.

This course is:

• designed for those who prefer to learn this way and is structured how I would teach in a face to face class or online course.

• suitable for babies from 0 weeks to 7 weeks of age. This course is also ideal to 3rd trimester of the pregnancy in order to prepare you for the arrival of when your baby is born.

Before we get started

Is learning online the same as learning in person or live? It can be, if you want it to be. With the right mindset and energy, you can definitely create the most special environment for you and your baby.

So, enjoy going through this course at your own pace with your baby womb or earth side.
