How old should my baby be

For this next stage of baby massage is suitable for babies from 4 weeks on until an active mover. If your baby is an active explorer, you might find your baby a little more demanding to massage. However, you can bring their favourite soft toy and I will always show you different positions to massage your baby.

What do i need to bring

No much. Please bring your babyā€™s changing bag with all of their necessary items. Blanket or large muslin cloth. Shoes must be removed in the studio so please bring a pair of socks or indoor only footwear. Oil will be provided, should you prefer to use your own oil, you are more than welcome to bring it.

What happens if i miss a class

Please do not worry, life happens. Should you miss a class, we always repeat the strokes in the next class so you wont miss a stroke. Should you miss the last class we can arrange an online session.

Can my partner come

Absolutely. If a grandparent is visiting, please bring them along also. As space is limited only one extra person can attend.
